This classic Cuban mojito is the perfect outdoor summer cocktail, is refreshing, sweet, minty, citrusy.
Just 5 ingredients so easy to make!
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon white cane sugar
- 2 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 6 mint leaves plus more for garnish
- 2 ounces Cuban white rum room temperature (Havana Club 3 years)
- 4 ounces of club soda
- Ice cubes
- Lime slices fot garnish
How to make it:
1-Add the cane sugar & lime juice, gentle stir until the sugar is dissolved.
2- Add the mint leaves to the bottom of the glass. Gently muddle the mint until leaves release the oil, smell so good!!
3-Pour the white rum and stir to combine with the lime juice, sugar and mint.
4- Fill the glass. with ice then top off the drink with club soda.
5-Garnish the drink with mint sprigs and lime wedges/slices.
* for 2 serving just double the amount.
